  • When completing your order before making the payment you will be informed about the delivery costs
  • You will be asked to choose the appropriate form of delivery depending on where you live
  • Deliveries for Manchester and the surrounding area are Always Free , if your town is in this area you will be informed about it
  • The maximum (UK Mainland) delivery costs are £ 59
  • Once your items have been despatched we will send you an email to confirm. 
  • If there is going to be a slight delay with your order we will contact you by email as soon as were made aware with an estimated delivery date.
  • If you miss the agreed delivery we will attempt delivery again free of charge but reserve the right to charge a minimum of £30 towards the failed delivery. 
  • If you know you are not going to be able to take delivery at the agreed time please contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements to avoid further charges.
  • All deliveries must be signed for.
  • Delivery is to ground floor only.
  • All items should be inspected upon delivery and damaged goods should be refused. If you notice damage after goods are delivered you must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We offer 12 months warranty
  • Our warranty cover the structural integrity of your furniture and all of components.
  • Covers faulty manufacture.
  • The followin would be covered: 
  • timber, veneers, structural stability and joints as well as handles, catches and hinges, interior fitting

Returns Policy


  • Email us within 14 days of receipt for a return authorization number.
  • We will be happy to refund your full purchase price less our outbound shipping cost. 
  • Shipping & Handling is Non-refundable.
  • Please note-Goods on special order are not refundable
  • We can not accept returns for items which have been assembled or partially assembled, products must be in original condition.
  • It is your responsibility to take good care of the furniture. You are the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage.
  • In relation to any returns by customer- after the item received ..our team will be inspected parcel against the damaged or missing parts calls by customer negligees.
  • Just complete parcel is acceptable for receiving full refund (excluded full shipping cost)

  • Units are free standing and don't have to be fitted in straight line you can change the layout. 
  • All furniture is for self-assembly.
  • Please note base units stand on the side panels and have no legs (unless the description indicates otherwise)
  • We always try to give the best description of the product, however please keep in mind that sometimes we can not notice something
